Job DetailsThe Role
We are hiring an Associate Attorney to join our Insurance Litigation and Coverage team. This role offers exposure to both first-party property and general liability matters, with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as your skillset develops.
You will be involved in all phases of litigation and play an active role in case strategy, client communication, and resolution.
Responsibilities
- Review claim files and develop case strategy
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Attend hearings and depositions
- Conduct legal research and prepare strategic reports
- Negotiate resolutions and assist in moving cases toward favorable outcomes
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide timely updates
What We’re Looking For
- 0–3 years of litigation experience
- Admitted to practice in Florida
- Experience with first-party property or general liability is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent writing, organization, and attention to detail
- Self-starter who can manage priorities and think strategically
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
