Nick Nicholas Ford has successfully served customers in and around Inverness, all of Citrus County, Ocala, Dunnellon, The Villages and Brooksville for over 44 years. Our Sales Consultants have been here for an average of over 17 years. We give back to our community by supporting causes like Heroes Appreciation Day and the Mustang Car Club Show. Responsibilities – Sales Consultant: 

• Help customers select and purchase vehicles. Bring your 'A' game and a positive attitude to work every day!
• Learn about our products and keep abreast of current inventory
• Greet customers, determine their needs, and match to vehicles in inventory
• Demonstrate vehicle operation on test drives, present pricing and close deals
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat/referral business
• Prospect for new customers
• Meet sales goals and more
• Maintain Ford Certifications 

Qualifications – Sales Consultant: 

• Energetic with good sales, communication, and customer service skills
• A strong work ethic, positive attitude and motivated to succeed
• Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service before, during and after a sale
• Professional appearance
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
