Job DetailsOur construction firm, celebrated for creating exceptional luxury homes, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the luxury residential landscape by leading projects from concept through completion. Responsibilities:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing the planning and execution of all phases of luxury home construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.
Leading and mentoring a team of construction professionals while fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and accountability.
Communicating clearly and effectively with clients, architects, interior designers, contractors, and internal team members to ensure alignment on expectations and deliverables.
Making critical decisions under pressure to address project challenges and changes while maintaining a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
Managing schedules and resources efficiently to maximize productivity and keep projects moving forward.
Implementing and upholding rigorous quality control standards to protect our reputation for superior craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Developing and executing strategic plans to improve project performance, reduce risk, and resolve issues proactively.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates should have:
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury construction industry, with a portfolio of completed luxury homes.
A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Strong leadership abilities, with a proven ability to guide construction teams toward outstanding results.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly to a variety of audiences.
Sound judgment and the ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
Strong time management skills, with experience balancing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
A deep understanding of quality control in luxury construction and a commitment to delivering work of the highest standard.
Experience with strategic planning and risk management, including the ability to anticipate challenges and respond proactively.
