Job Details
You'll form, structure, and maintain the corporate entities — LLCs, partnerships, corporations — that sit underneath housing and commercial real estate deals: drafting operating agreements and governance documents, structuring joint ventures and syndications, running entity-level diligence on acquisitions and financings, handling multi-jurisdiction formation and qualification filings, and keeping closings clean on the entity side.
Must-have: 3–8 years of corporate/transactional experience (candidates somewhat outside this range considered based on depth); active law license in the Southeast, required, no exceptions; substantial hands-on experience with LLC formation and entity governance; strong independent drafting and deal-management ability. Advanced tax or corporate-tax background is a plus, not a requirement.
