A boutique transactional law practice is seeking an experienced M&A, Corporate & Business Law Attorney to join its Orlando team.
This position is designed for an attorney who enjoys working closely with business owners, executives, investors, and entrepreneurs and wants substantial involvement in the business side of legal transactions.
The attorney will handle a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, business formations, corporate governance, contracts, and general outside-counsel work.

Job Details
J.D. from an accredited law school Active Florida Bar membership and good standing 3+ years of corporate, M&A, transactional, or business law experience Strong contract drafting and negotiation experience Experience with M&A transactions strongly preferred Strong understanding of corporate structures and governance Excellent analytical and communication skills Comfortable working directly with clients Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines independently Business-minded approach to legal representation
